Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut tails lengthwise in half. Kitchen shears work well. Slice each half into 4-5 chunks, depending on the size of the tail. Set aside.

  1. Combine Wondra, Everglades seasonings, salt and pepper. Add lobster pieces and toss. Chill 30 minutes.

  1. Pour 3-4 inches of oil into a large saucepan or Dutch oven. Heat on high to 375 degrees or until oil begins to pop. Reduce to medium and add 10-15 lobster pieces at a time. Turn often with slotted spoon 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Remove, insert toothpicks and serve immediately. Continue cooking in batches. Makes about 10-servings.

  1. Optional skewer method: After slicing each tail lengthwise in half, insert skewer down the middle of each piece and proceed. These will cook in 4-5 minutes.

Enjoy your Fried Lobster!
