Learn How to Crack and Eat a Whole Lobster
You've cooked the lobster now how do you eat it. Eating lobster can be a bit messy especially if you boil the lobster. After you boil the lobster, take a pair of kitchen shears and cut the tip of the claw off so the water can drain out. If you steam the lobster, eating the lobster won't be as messy.

Remove the tail from a lobster by twisting the tail and body in opposite directions.

Using kitchen shears, cut away the membrane from the tail to expose the meat. Discard the intestinal vein that runs through the tail.

Twist off the large claws where they join the body.
Pull the small pincer off each claw and discard. Using a nutcracker, break open the claws. Use a seafood fork to remove the meat.
